Your area of responsibility
- Customer advisory
- Development of discussion guidelines
- Planning and implementation of training courses for our call agents
- Coordination of operative project implementation and personnel deployment planning
- Management and supervision of your project team
- Controlling to ensure the project objectives regarding quality and productivity
- Preparation of project statistics and reports for our customers
- Presentation of the project results and recommendations for action
- Abitur, completed studies desirable
- Very good English skills, optional French skills are required
- Experienced handling of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel is required
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very good understanding of numbers
- Language fluency, enthusiasm and empathy
