  • Recording and maintaining customer data
  • Field service scheduling
  • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys
  • Follow-up of the call results
Your profile
  • Sense of responsibility, persuasiveness and commitment
  • As a call agent, you have a pleasant way of conducting conversations, open and inspiring customer communication
  • Enjoy making phone calls and selling products and services that require explanation
  • Good PC skills
  • Business fluent German
  • Other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Motivated career changers and students are also welcome
