To support our team in Mannheim, we are looking for a committed and communicative person as Inside Sales Employee (m/f/d) for well-known customers:

Your area of responsibility
  • You conduct initial discussions with interested parties and determine their needs and funding potential
  • Proactive customer acquisition by telephone and support for existing customers
  • You qualify the enquiries/leads generated via various channels
  • Close cooperation with the field sales team for optimal customer support
  • Acquiring new customers by telephone with the aim of arranging a visit for our sales representatives
  • Maintaining the master data of new customers and providing administrative support
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
Your profile
  • Ideally a completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification in internal sales
  • High level of diligence and accuracy as well as commitment and motivation
  • You have a talent for sales and ideally already have experience in sales
  • You understand and recognize customer needs, sales opportunities and sales signals
  • You work conscientiously and carefully
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
  • Business fluent in German, other languages an advantage
