  • Entry and maintenance of customer data
  • Field service scheduling
  • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys
  • Database maintenance and research work
Your profile
  • Experience in telephony desirable
  • Pleasant conversation skills, open and enthusiastic customer communication
  • Enjoy telephoning and selling products and services that require explanation
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • You work conscientiously and carefully
  • Sense of responsibility, persuasiveness and commitment
  • Motivated career changers and students are also welcome
